Harry Rubenstein is a pastry chef, culinary guide, storyteller, outdoor market obsessive, and a self-proclaimed expert on Jewish baked goods — sweet and savory. He’s been shopping and eating at Israel’s markets for over 20 years and is happy to share his experience and knowledge in hands-on virtual cooking classes.
