The fastest-growing Israeli street food trend, ara’yes is crispy pita stuffed with boldly spiced meat and fresh herbs. Ara’yes is the Arabic word for “bride,” aptly named for the holy marriage between the pita and the filling. You won’t find a sandwich more serious than this.
