Moroccan Salads

Service Description

Shabbat dinner at a Moroccan household is something to be experienced. It’s not uncommon for your senses to be overloaded by the amazing display of salads on the table. Everything I know about Moroccan cooking I learned from a Moroccan grandmother and I want to share that knowledge with you. We’ll tackle four Moroccan salads, each one with it’s own texture, aroma and taste. Make sure you have challah, pita or some other bread on hand, you’ll be doing a lot of dipping.
