How It Works
Introduction: learn the story of the dish, review the ingredients and hear how each item adds flavor, depth, and history.
15 min prior to class: work out any technical problems (which will most certainly happen, as we all know!)
Before class: receive ingredient and equipment list, answer questions about allergies, ingredient swaps, etc.
Dive into cooking! I’m very patient and happy to answer questions during the class at any point. I’m pretty much talking the entire time that we cook together, plus plenty of interaction with participants.
